Returning Student Registration

The following materials are needed to complete the

2009-2010 application process:

·        New Student application form or Re-registration;

·       $50.00 non-refundable application fee

·       $450.00 non-refundable registration, textbook,

        resource, & testing fee (to reserve spot)

·       Copy of birth certificate

·       Current immunization record

·       Financial Aid Forms (if requested)

·       Emergency/Release Form

·       Tuition Agreement with Payments
